I'm Dan Hoolihan, and my wife Dawn and I started this business in 2006.  While it might seem to you that we are newbies in the field, let me explain.  Nearly 10 years ago, my brother David J. Hoolihan, President and owner of Hoolihan's, Inc., got into the business of moving art.  I worked with David in this venture.  He developed quite a name for himself, and quite a reputation for his careful handling of the precious art works of artists from around the world; some famous...some, just getting famous...and other, totally new and debuting their art for the very first time.

But on December 18, 2005, my brother was killed in a tragic accident that left many around the world stunned.  David had become a fixture in the lives of so many creative individuals, having moved their art sometimes half way around the world.  They had become comfortable with David, always knowing that he was a man of his word.  He was old-fashioned by some standards, believing that a man's word should be his bond. 

Following the loss of my brother, Dawn and I decided we need to carry on the tradition of excellence that David had become known for.  And, viola!!!  D'Hoolie, Inc. was born.
